This Agreement takes effect on the date you first use the ugcbuilder application.

3. Access to the UGCbuilder services with Termination Rights

The ugcbuilder services grants users unrestricted and perpetual access to the full range of ugcbuilder functionalities through credits purchase. Designed for creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses, ugcbuilder empowers users to create high quality custom product images and videos based on their products.

This service can be repeated if you need more credits. However, the service owner reserves the right to terminate the service at its discretion to maintain control over software distribution. Users acknowledge this termination right as part of their software access.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of ugcbuilder, purchases are non-refundable once credits are granted.

5. Disclaimer

It is not guaranteed that ugcbuilder will meet all requirements or operate without interruption or error. Any implied warranties or conditions not specified in this Agreement (such as data loss, business interruption, or contract losses) are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

ugcbuilder provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the service's quality or fitness for any purpose. ugcbuilder is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages (such as profit loss or data corruption) arising from service usage, regardless of whether due to negligence. In the event of liability, the amount shall not exceed what you have paid for ugcbuilder services. You release ugcbuilder from any further obligations beyond this limit.

7. User Responsibilities

ugcbuilder is not responsible for user-generated content or how it is used.

8. Price Adjustments

As ugcbuilder evolves and new features are added, pricing may increase. Discounts are provided to help customers lock in current prices ahead of future adjustments.

9. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and ugcbuilder through your use of these services. You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of ugcbuilder, and ugcbuilder will not be liable for your actions or representations.
